Psalm 47:6-8
“Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth; sing to him a psalm of praise. God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne.”
Our, Father, as your adopted family, we call upon You, Abba, and we once again come into your presence today—whether we join with others in a local church body or worship in our homes—as your Body of Christ to worship and praise You today. We are reminded of your countless attributes and offer each one in honor to You:
• You are eternal, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.
• You are our Creator and Counselor, guiding us daily to make wise decisions.
• You are our Comforter in sorrow, pain, or distress.
• You draw near to us when we draw near to You.
• You are the God who demonstrates His faithfulness, forgiveness, grace and love.
• You are the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• You were there from the beginning when You formed the earth and will be there until the end.
• You heal, convict, correct, protect and provide.
• You are just and full of mercy, trustworthy and true.
• You were named, Jesus, name above all names.
• You are Immanuel, God with us.
• You are Messiah, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.
• You are the Way, the Truth and the Life.
• You are our Peace, Redeemer, our Salvation, our Hope.
• You have prepared a place for us so we can live with You forever.
• Lord God, You are our everything and all our praise is to You!
It is in Your name we praise and pray. Amen.
“Praise God, from whom all blessings flow! Praise Him, all creatures here below! Praise Him above, ye heavenly host! Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost! “
