Day 129: Taking a Short Break

Ephesians 1:18
 “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints…”
Ephesians 3: 14-19
For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”
Daily postings of Devotions For All Reasons began in 2017, and since then I have only taken three breaks for sabbaticals or a vacation. It’s time to do so once again, beginning tomorrow until June 12. I trust you will visit this Facebook page in my absence, perhaps to this might be a good opportunity to scroll through to catch any you may have missed along the way. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your love and encouragement over the last six years and I especially covet your prayers as this writing adventure continues very soon. See you in June!
