Are any of you facing the challenge of taking physical steps right now? Perhaps an emotional step or a spiritual step is overwhelming you? There are some days when all we can take is just one step. God will give you just enough strength for that one little step; reach out and take His hand. At the end of the day, you’ll be able to look back with thanksgiving to God and with a sense of accomplishment. Do that one thing.
Lord God, there are some days when we think we can’t even manage one step, but you promise to uphold us with your righteous hand. May we listen to your whispers of hope and encouragement as we reach for Your hand to lead us. Guide us as we do that one thing today. Thank you, gentle Jesus, and we pray in Your name. Amen.
